Safeguarding training taken and procedures in place, with good practise in GDPR. Each organisation should have a designated safeguarding lead"

Organisations should to be trauma informed or working towards becoming trauma informed and integrate it into their practice

Organisations should have an understanding of contextual safeguarding

Knowledge of how to refer and pathways/service level agreement compliance

Organisations need to undertake resilience supervision for staff, as well as reflective practice"

If they are working with young people, organisations need to have level one youth work qualifications"

Organisations need to be committed to CDP. This will be evident if they engage in training to help with bid writing to secure their own funds, develop proper financial procedures, and build evaluation into their project implementation"

Organisations should make good use of the VRU's deployable resource offer
